About Role : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team with market mapping and research activities . This internship offers valuable exposure to recruitment strategies, industry research, and sourcing intelligence, making it ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market mapping and industry talent research for key roles and functions. Create and maintain structured talent databases and reports. Support the TA team with data-driven insights on talent availability, competitors, and market trends. Work on tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for organizing data efficiently. Assist in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with recruiters to understand role requirements and research goals. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or related fields. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas). Excellent research skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
